I’ve been terribly busy with work, catching up with friends and everything. Needless to say, my diet and exercise have been terrible too. This winter has been pretty shitty and unmotivating! But I’m going to try to use this a lot more again because I found that it really did help me.
I’m so sorry to all of the followers that I just kind of abandoned but I’ll be posting a lot more again.
I’ll post what I eat/how much I exercise each day and hopefully we can all lose the weight we want to lose together :)

No fat yoghurt. No fat yoghurt with berries or muslei/granola. Light tuna on rice thins. Boiled egg whites on grain toast. Egg white omlette.
